May Night blooms prolifically with deep purple-blue flowers. It’s an outstanding perennial with excellent cold hardiness, vigor, and tolerance of heavy clay soils. Blooming in late spring with a profusion of flower spikes, it reblooms later in summer when deadheaded. This is an easy to grow perennial that attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and bees. It’s deer and rabbit resistant and quite xeric once established.
Has been wintered outside and will be ready for planting in early spring.
