Most unusual columnar apple tree on the market today! It has no branches but flowers and sets fruit from spurs on its trunk. The fruit is red-skinned, crispy, and juicy and perfect for eating out of hand, cider, and pies. The taste is similar to McIntosh in flavor. Ripens in late August. Needs another (different) apple for pollination.
